Objectified by Gary Hustwit, creator of the Helvetica, is a new documentary that explores people’s relationship with the objects that surround them. This film takes a peek into the secret life of things and the hands and minds that bring them to life.

I enjoyed the following quote from the film’s trailer: “Anything that’s touched by man, is transformed by man, is by its very nature design… Ultimately my job as a designer is to look into the future. My job is about what’s going to happen, not what has happened.”
